Service Description

Have either buyer or seller, we can handle your contract transaction. Once purchased, our team will contact you to receive any and all needed information and documents. This is a 2-hour minimum initialization process for our staff. $350 - Seller transactions $375 - Buyer transactions *Each contract transaction requires an upfront, non-refundable deposit of $50 as a paperwork fee. Once a property closes, then the rest of your invoice will be due. *
